Original hand felted designs in pure wool

Born in the Gwaun Valley, I left Pembrokeshire to study Fine Art, & Social Art History at Leeds University. After leaving Leeds University I trained as an art teacher at Goldsmith’s University, before moving to Germany to work as a Field Archaeologist.

Whilst working in Germany I became involved in Kramer Kunst & Kurtzywehl, a group supporting the Living Archaeology movement, by reviving old craft techniques. I began demonstrating felting in a theatrical medieval market, touring major German cities. I returned to Wales, as it is an unbeatable place to bring up my son Finch.

I make original objects, using a traditional craft technique, from pure wools, linens and silks.
