Kieth has an established business in engineering. An increasing interest in the shapes and forms encountered in designing and making machinery led him to start making objects for their aesthetic value.

Copper, the first metal known to humans is a natural choice for metal sculpture.
Kieth uses the ancient technique of hand hammering to form copper sheet into shapes based on natural forms. This method has been in use since 5000 BC, it allows each piece to be unique and results in a highly textured surface.

Illustrated is the ‘Snail’ an ammonite based design producing a spiral flow of water falling into a shaped bowl acting as a water reservoir and splash shield.
